ORDERING PROCEDURES

NORMAL PROCEDURES

1. Place an Order > Confirm the Order > Deliver the Order > Cash on Delivery (Only applies to Courier Service and Deliver in Person)
                                                       
2. Place an Order > Confirm the Order > Advance Payment(*) > Deliver the Order in 2 days upon Receipt of Payment

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

• By Phone, please call +852 2556-7932

• By Fax, please fill in the Order Form and fax it to +852 2897-3063.

• By E-mail, please fill in the Order Form and submit it to sales@cherish.com.hk

• By Mail, please complete the Order Form and mail it to us together with the bank pay-in slip or crossed cheque payable to "CHERISH CORP LTD":

    Suite B3, 6/F, Sunrise Ind Bldg, 10 Hong Man St, Chai Wan, Hong Kong

Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm your order and the delivery date accordingly.

(*) PAYMENT METHOD

• Cash on Delivery:  Cash only.  Please note that cheque will not be accepted.

• Bank Deposit:  Please deposit cash or cheque (payable to "CHERISH CORP LTD") at:

    A/C Name:  Cherish Corp Ltd.
    A/C No.:  012-594-1-0049185

    *Please write down your name, contact no., product code and order quantity on the bank pay-in slip 
      and fax it to us on +852 2897-3063 or e-mail it to us at sales@cherish.com.hk.

• By Mail:  Please send bank pay-in slip or crossed cheque payable to "CHERISH CORP LTD" together with the Order Form to:

    *Please write down your name, contact no., product code and order quantity at the back of the cheque or bank pay-in slip.

DELIVERY DETAILS & CHARGES

• Deliver in Person:  Purchase up to net amount of HK$100, we can arrange to deliver the order to limited locations along MTR stations as agreed with customer beforehand.

• Self Pick Up at our Office Address:  Suite B3, 6/F, Sunrise Ind Bldg, 10 Hong Man St, Chai Wan, Hong Kong

• Postal Service:  Free of Charge.  It only applies to local mail & all card items.  (Please note that we assume no liability or responsibility for any loss, damage or delay of mail.)

• Courier Service

- Delivery Date:  Mon - Sat (except Sat afternoon & public holidays)
- Service Area:  Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories (excluding Restricted Areas, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok & Outlying Islands).
- Delivery Charges:

   Commercial & Industrial Area

   Residential Area

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Fail to deliver the order due to incomplete & incorrect information supplied by the customer, Cherish Corp Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility for any losses.

• Orders once accepted are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you and make the necessary arrangement accordingly.

• All goods sold are non-refundable.

• For special arrangement and multi-destination delivery, please call our Order Hotline at +852 2556-7932.

• Should the merchandises be found defective, exchange of merchandises (in the original package) can be arranged provided that customer informs us within 7 days upon receipt of merchandises, and the receipt of merchandises will be served as proof of purchase.

• We reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions at anytime without prior notice and to make final decision on all matters of dispute.
